Refund Policy
Cancel any time and keep the time you have paid for. A 14-day money-back guarantee on a first payment, no reason needed. Everything we will not refund is listed too, rather than left to be discovered.

1.The short version
- Set up before you pay. Signing up is free and asks for no card. Connecting a LinkedIn account needs a subscription.
- Cancel whenever you like. One button on the Billing page. No notice period, no phone call, no retention offer.
- You keep what you paid for. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the service keeps running to the end of the period already paid.
- 14 days on a first payment. If your first month is not what you expected, ask and we refund it in full.
2.Before you pay anything
Signing up costs nothing and asks for no card. You can import leads, organise them into lists, write campaigns and invite your team without paying us.
What a subscription unlocks is connecting a LinkedIn account, and therefore sending. We put the payment before that step rather than after it because an account that can send without paying is an account worth abusing — and the cost of that abuse lands on the customers who are paying.
Nothing is taken from you without your say. Money only moves from a balance you paid in yourself, and only once you choose a plan. If you never subscribe, there is no renewal to be surprised by and nothing to cancel.
3.Cancelling
Cancel from the Billing page inside the app. It takes effect at the end of the current billing period, so:
- Campaigns keep sending until that date.
- You can undo the cancellation any time before it, from the same page.
- You are not charged again.
Cancelling does not refund the remainder of the month you are in. You have already paid for that time and you keep it — the service runs to the end of it.
Export your leads to CSV before the period ends. Everything stays available for 30 days after an account closes, then it is deleted.
4.The 14-day guarantee on a first payment
If you subscribe and within 14 days decide it is not right, email [email protected] and we will refund that payment in full. You do not have to give a reason.
This applies to the first subscription payment on an account. It is our way of making the decision to try a paid plan a small one, rather than a thing you have to be talked into.
We refund either to your account balance, at once, or back to you by the method you paid with, which usually takes 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
5.Renewals
Monthly renewals are not refundable. Every renewal is paid from your balance and emailed to you as an invoice, and you can cancel at any point in the month to prevent the next one.
If a renewal caught you out — you meant to cancel and forgot, and you have not used the service since — write to us anyway. We would rather sort it out than have you dispute it with your bank.
6.Extra seats
- Adding a seat is paid from your balance straight away, pro rata for the days left in the month, because the capacity arrives straight away.
- Removing a seat applies straight away and is not refunded for the current month. The next renewal is lower.
- You cannot reduce below the number of LinkedIn accounts currently connected. Disconnect one first.
7.When we will not refund
Plainly, so there are no surprises:
- Renewal payments beyond the first, except at our discretion.
- Any period during which the service worked and you had access to it, whether or not you used it.
- Balance you have not spent, once the account is closed at your request, beyond what we agree with you at the time. Ask before closing and we will settle it.
- An account we closed for breaching the Terms of Service.
- Action LinkedIn takes against an account you connected. This is set out plainly in clause 4 of the Terms and it is the risk you accept by using a tool of this kind.
- Sales Navigator subscriptions, InMail credits or anything else you buy from LinkedIn. We do not sell those and cannot refund them.
8.If the service is broken
The list above assumes the product worked. If it did not — a prolonged outage, or a fault on our side that stopped your campaigns — tell us. We will credit or refund the affected time. We would rather do that than argue about whether a clause covers it.
9.Chargebacks
Please email us before disputing a charge with your bank. A chargeback locks the payment for weeks and gets the account suspended automatically, which helps neither of us. Almost everything is faster to fix directly.
10.Who you pay, and your statutory rights
You pay GhostReach directly and we process every refund ourselves. There is no payment company in between: write to us and it is decided by a person.
Where consumer law gives you a right to cancel or a right to a refund, that right stands regardless of anything on this page. Nothing here removes it.
