Pricing

Priced per seat, where a seat is one Sales Navigator contract. Campaigns, leads and messages are unlimited on every tier — they cost us nothing, so charging for them would only make you ration the thing the product is for.

Free to set up, no card14-day money backCancel any time

Sign up free and set everything up — leads, lists, campaigns, templates. Connecting a LinkedIn account needs a subscription, because an account that can send without paying is the one that gets used for spam. The 14-day money-back guarantee is there so subscribing is still a reversible decision.

What a seat actually buys

LinkedIn enforces four different ceilings, and they do not all scale the same way. This is the most important thing to understand before choosing a tier, so it is on the pricing page rather than buried in a help article.

TierSeatsInMail / monthConnection requests / day
Pilot6~2,640~20 per person, per day
Squadron21~9,240~20 per person, per day
Fleet50~22,000~20 per person, per day

InMail is allocated per Sales Navigator contract, so it multiplies as you add seats. Connection requests are limited per person. Three contracts held by one individual still send one person’s worth of invitations a day. If you are buying seats to send more connection requests, more seats will not do that — you need more people.

The InMail figures assume roughly 20 sends per contract per working day across 22 days, and most of that volume goes to Open Profile members, who cost no credit. Your own numbers depend on how many of your targets are open, and the product shows you that before you send.

On every plan
  • Unlimited campaigns, leads and messages
  • InMail, connection-request and combined campaigns, with follow-up sequences
  • A preview of every message as the recipient will see it, before anything is sent
  • One inbox across every account, sorted so new and interested replies come first
  • Inbox history kept for good, even after a Sales Navigator contract is replaced
  • A connection request from any conversation or lead in one click
  • AI reply drafts you review and send yourself
  • Pop-up alerts, a daily summary email and a final report when each campaign ends
  • Team roles: owner, admin and member

Before you buy
Do I need my own Sales Navigator?
Yes. GhostReach drives LinkedIn accounts you already own — we do not sell or provide LinkedIn accounts, Sales Navigator contracts or InMail credits.
What counts as a seat?
One connected LinkedIn account. One person can hold several Sales Navigator contracts, and each is its own seat with its own InMail allowance — which is the whole reason this product exists.
Can I try it before paying?
Sign up free and you can import leads, build lists and write campaigns. Connecting a LinkedIn account — and therefore sending — needs a subscription. Everything you set up beforehand is still there afterwards.
Why do I have to subscribe before connecting LinkedIn?
Spam. A free account that can send is worth abusing, and the cost of that abuse lands on legitimate customers, on our providers, and eventually on how LinkedIn treats every account on the platform. A paid plan makes a throwaway account expensive, which is the only filter that actually works.
Is anything charged automatically?
Only from a balance you have already paid in, and only for a plan you chose. Once subscribed, each month renews from your balance until you cancel; in the last week of the month we warn you if the balance will not cover it, and if it still does not on the day, nothing is taken and campaigns stop until you renew. Signing up costs nothing.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, in both directions, from the Billing page. An upgrade applies at once and the difference for the rest of the month is taken from your balance. A downgrade applies at your next renewal, so you keep what you paid for until then.
What is the client portal?
On Fleet and above, you can invite your own clients to their workspace as a Client. They sign in to a read-only page with their campaigns, results and the latest replies, and receive each campaign's final report by email. They cannot send, edit or see anything else, and client logins do not count towards your team members.
What does white label include?
On Fleet and above: your product name, logo, colour theme and browser-tab icon in place of ours, in the app, on the client portal, on the sign-in page your invitations lead to, and in the emails we send for you. The portal can also run on your own address, such as portal.youragency.com: you add one DNS record and the certificate is issued automatically.
What happens to my inbox when a Sales Navigator contract is replaced?
Nothing is lost. Every conversation is kept in GhostReach even after LinkedIn removes it with the old contract. To carry on with someone who never became a connection, send them a connection request from the conversation; once they accept, your replies go out as ordinary messages in the same thread.
Is there a risk to my LinkedIn account?
Automating LinkedIn may breach its User Agreement, and accounts can be restricted. We build to stay inside the rates LinkedIn actually enforces and the engine refuses to exceed them, but no tool can promise otherwise. Clause 4 of the Terms sets this out plainly.
How do I pay?
You pay us directly, by bank transfer or another method we agree with you, and we add it to your account balance. Subscriptions and renewals are paid from that balance, and every payment comes with a PDF invoice by email. Write to [email protected] to top up.

Read the Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy before you sign up. They are short, and written to be read.
