Terms of Service

What you can expect from GhostReach, and what we expect from you. Written to be read — the clauses that could cost you something are the ones marked out.

Last updated 20 September 2026

1.Who this agreement is between

These terms are the agreement between GhostReach (“we”, “us”), a sole proprietorship established in Bangladesh operated by Md Aman Ullah Aman of Palsha, Sarkerpara, Bogura 5800, Bangladesh, and the person or organisation that opens an account (“you”). By creating an account or using the service you accept them.

If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it, and “you” means that company.

2.What the service is

GhostReach is a tool for running outreach through LinkedIn accounts that you own or are authorised to operate. You connect an account, load a list of people, and the service sends messages and connection requests on your behalf, collects the replies, and reports on what happened.

We provide the software. We do not provide the LinkedIn accounts, the Sales Navigator contracts, or the lists of people you contact. Where you ask for it, the service drafts a reply with AI; a draft is only a suggestion, and nothing it writes is sent until you send it. What goes out under your name is yours.

3.Accounts, workspaces and your team

  • You are responsible for everything done under your account, including by people you invite to your workspace.
  • A workspace can have an owner, admins and members, and on plans with the client portal, clients. A client has read-only access to that workspace’s results and nothing else. You choose who is a client, and you are responsible for sharing your results, and the names and replies of the people in them, with them.
  • Keep your credentials secret. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you think someone else has access.
  • You must be at least 18, and you must not use the service if we have previously closed your account for breaching these terms.

4.LinkedIn is not a party to this agreement — and this is the risk you take

LinkedIn’s User Agreement restricts automated access to its platform. Using any tool of this kind — ours or anyone else’s — may breach it, and LinkedIn may restrict or permanently ban an account as a result. That risk is yours, not ours. Please read LinkedIn’s terms and decide for yourself before connecting an account.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with LinkedIn or Microsoft. We build the product to stay well inside the sending rates LinkedIn actually enforces, and the service refuses to exceed them, but no tool can promise that an account will not be actioned.

You confirm you own or are authorised to operate every account you connect, and that you will not connect an account belonging to someone who has not agreed to it.

5.How you may and may not use it

You agree not to use GhostReach to:

  • Send unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or discriminatory messages, or anything that misrepresents who you are.
  • Contact people in a way that breaks the marketing or privacy law that applies to them — including GDPR and the UK GDPR where they apply, and equivalent rules elsewhere. Where consent or a legitimate interest assessment is required, that is yours to hold.
  • Contact anyone who has asked you not to. The blacklist exists for this; use it.
  • Resell, sublicense or white-label the service except where your plan expressly allows it (see “White label and your own domain”).
  • Attempt to breach, probe or overload the service, or access another customer’s data.

We may suspend an account that we reasonably believe is doing any of these, and we will tell you why.

6.White label and your own domain

On Fleet and above you may present the service to your own clients under your own name, logo, colours, icon and domain. When you do:

  • You must own or be licensed to use every name, logo and domain you set, and they must not imitate another business. We may remove any that infringe someone else’s rights.
  • You are responsible to your clients for what you provide them. These terms remain between you and us; your clients are not party to them, and your agreement with them must not promise more than these terms give you.
  • Pointing your domain at the service, through your DNS provider, is yours to do and to keep in place. We issue and renew its certificate while it points at us.
  • If your plan no longer includes white label, the service returns to our own name and look, and your domain stops serving the client portal. What you saved is kept, and comes back if you upgrade.

7.Sending limits are physics, not a feature

The service enforces the ceilings LinkedIn imposes. These are not all the same shape, and it matters to what you are buying:

  • InMail is allocated per Sales Navigator contract, so it does multiply as you add seats.
  • Connection requests (roughly 20 a day) and profile views (roughly 100 a day) are limited per person. Three contracts held by one individual still send one person’s worth of invitations.

Buying more seats increases InMail capacity. It does not increase connection-request capacity. If you are buying seats to send more invitations, they will not do that.

We may adjust these limits without notice when LinkedIn changes what it enforces. Doing so promptly protects your accounts, which is the point of it.

8.Your data stays yours

You keep all rights in the leads, messages, templates and other content you put into the service. You grant us only the permission needed to run it for you: to store that content, transmit it to LinkedIn through our providers, and process it to produce the reports and drafts you ask for.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your leads or messages to train AI models. How we handle personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

We keep a copy of your conversations, so their history stays available even after LinkedIn removes them with a replaced Sales Navigator contract. You can export your leads to CSV at any time while your account is open, and we recommend doing so before you cancel.

9.Trials, plans and payment

  • Signing up is free and asks for no card. You can import leads, build lists and write campaigns straight away.
  • Connecting a LinkedIn account requires an active subscription. We apply this before the first connection rather than after, because an account that can send without paying is an account worth abusing, and the cost of that abuse falls on every other customer. Nothing you set up beforehand is lost.
  • Paid plans are monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown on the pricing page.
  • A seat is one connected LinkedIn account. Each plan includes a number of them; extra seats are bought explicitly and billed monthly at the rate shown.
  • Plans are paid from a prepaid balance. You pay GhostReach directly, by bank transfer or another method we agree with you, and we add the amount to your account balance. Subscribing, upgrading, extra seats and each renewal are paid from that balance, and each payment is confirmed with an invoice. Any taxes due on your side of the payment are yours.
  • In the last seven days of a paid month we warn you, in the app and by email, if the balance will not cover the renewal. If it still does not when the month ends, nothing is taken and all sending stops until the plan is renewed; topping up renews it. Your data is not deleted.

We may suspend sending, or refuse a new connection, on any workspace without an active subscription. Your data stays where it is.

Cancellation and refunds are covered by the Refund Policy. In short: cancel whenever you like, keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and ask us within 14 days of a first payment if it was not what you expected.

10.Changing prices and plans

We may change prices, and we will give at least 30 days’ notice by email before a change affects you. A price change takes effect at your next renewal, never mid-period, and you may cancel before then if you would rather not pay it.

11.Availability

We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. It depends on LinkedIn, on our providers, and on the internet, none of which we control.

We may take the service down for maintenance, and will give notice where the work is planned.

12.Ending the agreement

  • You may cancel at any time from the Billing page. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
  • We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or that we are legally required to close. Except where the breach is serious or unlawful, we will give you notice and a chance to put it right.
  • After an account closes we keep your data for 30 days so it can be restored if you change your mind, then delete it. Ask us and we will delete it sooner.

13.Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose.

We are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business or lost data, nor for indirect or consequential loss. In particular, and given clause 4, we are not liable for any action LinkedIn takes against an account you connect.

Where we are liable, our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

14.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially reduces your rights we will email you at least 30 days beforehand, and continuing to use the service after it takes effect means you accept it. The date at the top of this page always shows the current version.

15.Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, and disputes will be heard in the courts of Bogura, Bangladesh.

If you are a consumer rather than a business, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in.
